This is an essential step that allows us to fully understand your needs, discuss open requisitions, and arrive at common goals. It is also a time to get to know each other, establish the best means of communication, and finalize formal issues.
Action plan and market mapping
After finalizing the contract, we immediately proceed to the creation of an action plan and a list of potential competitors.
This is the next stage, where we directly approach the candidates based on given criteria and conduct the entire application process.
Presentation of selected candidates
At this stage, you will receive carefully selected profiles of only those candidates who meet specific requirements. Resumes are followed by a comprehensive report filled out after an interview or face-to-face meeting, in which we refer to previous arrangements. We also enable a smooth interview process with selected candidates directly at the headquarters of your company.
Summary of our activities
In the interests of transparency, you will receive a report summarizing our work that will assess potential opportunities when recruiting similar candidates. This will allow you to better plan future HR processes in your organization.
Offer and employment stage
If you decide to make an offer to our candidate, we will stay in touch with both you and the candidate. We want our cooperation to be as effective as possible, therefore we implement a guarantee period for every person employed.
